• Payment must be made in full before work begins unless an instalment plan has been agreed upon.
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Non-payment or late payment may result in suspension or delay of your service.
• Instalment plans must be paid on time. Failure to complete instalments will pause the service until payments resume.

We may offer discounts, promotions, or customised packages at our discretion. These offers are not applied retroactively.

Most service packages include revisions, and the number of revisions depends on the selected plan. Revisions apply under the following conditions:

• Revisions are intended to refine content initially created from the information you provided.

All draft documents, templates, layouts, writing techniques, internal processes, and final files produced by CDRwriters.com.au remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After delivery and payment completion:

• You may use the documents solely for your personal assessment.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share our documents publicly.
• You may not use our content for training competitors, academic purposes, or commercial reproduction.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action for any breach of intellectual property.
