CDRWriters.com.au does not have a general refund policy. We offer reimbursement only in one circumstance: if any fault or error on our part results in the rejection of your skilled migration application. Otherwise, you are not eligible to claim either full or partial refunds.

For reimbursement claims, you must provide complete details, and our team will first verify whether the rejection occurred due to our mistake. Upon confirmation, we will notify you and provide reimbursement of your funds.

However, we have a revision policy to accommodate any requirements that may arise during the report-writing process.

This Policy applies to everyone who uses our platform, including visitors, clients, and those considering our services. We follow the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and we also meet GDPR standards for international clients. We aim to be open and transparent about how we handle your data.

A nominal fee applies if you provide new information and request it to be added or modify the content accordingly.

Please note: You must request a revision within a certain timeframe before approving the final report. Once you approve and receive the document, the order is considered completed and delivered from our end. The revision request made after the delivery and confirmation will be considered as a new requirement.
